In this stunning renovation, a classic brick home, once stuck in the 1980s, has undergone an extensive transformation, emerging as a contemporary space that seamlessly blends modern design with functional elegance. Driven by the client’s vision, our skilled team both designed and executed this project, creating a modern family home designed to stand the test of time and offer lasting comfort for years to come.

This two-level home offers a generous floor plan with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a luxurious master ensuite complete with a walk-in robe. The open-plan living area includes an open kitchen with a generous Island bench, making it the heart of the home ideal for both family living and entertaining.

The home’s design features a carefully curated palette of black, white, and grey tones. This classic monochromatic colour scheme creates a sense of timeless elegance, with stark white walls brightening the space while a combination of light and dark woodgrain accents adds warmth. The addition of black hardware throughout the home provides a cohesive, high-contrast detail that elevates the overall aesthetic.

One of the stand out features of the project is the large handcrafted solid wood pivot door, which provides a grand entrance to the home. This striking design element marries natural materials with modern architectural flair. Opting for glass balustrade on the existing staircase further enhances the home’s airy, open feel. The sleek, transparent design provides a visual connection between levels while maintaining an unobstructed view of the home’s striking interior.
